About The Buffet at Wynn
The Buffet at Wynn opened with the resort in 2005 and remains one of the most-referenced buffets in Vegas after Bacchanal. The dining room is built around Wynn's signature floral design program — fresh arrangements, natural light, a greenhouse-like pavilion feel rather than the warehouse buffet norm. More than 120 dishes rotate through 15 live cooking stations. The Indian, Chinese, and seafood programs are deeper than at most Vegas buffets, and the Alaskan king crab and prime rib at the dinner service are the anchor draws. Reservations strongly recommended on weekend evenings. Brunch has distinct pricing; weekend brunch is slower but the menu is as deep as the weekday dinner.
