About AREA15
AREA15 opened in 2020 as a purpose-built immersive entertainment district about a mile west of the Strip, designed by the team behind Burning Man's creative infrastructure. The 200,000-square-foot warehouse complex anchors itself around large-scale art installations and hosts a rotating roster of independent attractions. Meow Wolf's Omega Mart is the flagship tenant. Other permanent installations include Lost Spirits Distillery (a tour-and-tasting that doubles as theater), the Liftoff tethered balloon ride that rises 130 feet for valley views, ax throwing at Dueling Axes, an Asylum-style Wink World mirror experience, and Five Iron Golf. General entry to AREA15 is free; individual experiences are ticketed separately. Best for groups; allow three to five hours if you want to do multiple installations.
