About Town Square Las Vegas
Town Square Las Vegas sits at Sunset Road and Las Vegas Boulevard, a mile south of Mandalay Bay. The 117-acre outdoor center opened in 2007 with a town-square layout — plazas, fountains, a kids' play park, and New Orleans–style facades that have weathered better than you'd expect. Mix is mainstream: Whole Foods, H&M, Apple, Sephora, Forever 21, Yard House, Brio, Texas de Brazil. The AMC 18 and the Children's Park anchor two corners of the site and pull locals on weekends. It's the closest full shopping village to the south Strip and the airport. Free parking. Easy detour for travelers staying at Mandalay Bay, Luxor, or the airport hotels.
