About Fashion Show Mall
Fashion Show opened in 1981 and was expanded in 2003 into its current 1.9-million-square-foot footprint, making it the largest mall on the Strip. Unlike the Forum Shops or Grand Canal, this one is a conventional American mall with full department-store anchors — which is exactly why locals shop here. The "Cloud" — the flying-saucer-shaped canopy over the Strip entrance — doubles as an LED screen and a retractable catwalk for the occasional fashion show the mall still stages. More than 250 stores cover most mid-market needs a traveler might have forgotten. Entrance is directly across from Wynn and Encore. The Strip-side entrance is the busiest; the south entrance off Spring Mountain Road is faster if you're driving in.
