SAHARA Las Vegas gives the north Strip a smaller, more manageable resort option than the huge new-build towers nearby. It is tied to Vegas history through the original Sahara name, but the current property feels more modern after its SLS-era rebuild and later return to the SAHARA brand. The strongest practical advantage is the Monorail station. Visitors who want Convention Center access, Resorts World, Fontainebleau, or a less crowded north-Strip stay can make SAHARA work well. The downside is distance from the center Strip if most of your plans are Bellagio, Caesars, or Aria. Book SAHARA for north-Strip value and Monorail access. Skip it if you want to walk everywhere from the center of the Strip.
