A T-Mobile Arena night gets easier when you sort out the small things before leaving your room: a bag that fits, tickets that open on your phone, and a return route everyone understands. Those details matter whether you are seeing the Golden Knights, a concert or a fight.
This guide covers entry and event-night logistics. If you are still choosing accommodation, use our separate hotels near T-Mobile Arena guide. Venue information below was checked October 31, 2026; your specific event's instructions take priority.
Before You Leave the Hotel
Work backward from the door-opening time shown for your event, rather than treating the advertised performance time as your arrival target. Leave room for the journey, security and finding your section. If dinner is part of the evening, book it near your arrival route and give yourself a buffer instead of trying to finish across town at the last minute.
Keep this short checklist on your phone:
- Open the correct event and confirm the venue, date, seat and ticket account.
- Measure your bag, including its depth when packed.
- Check any event-specific entry, camera and age rules.
- Choose the person responsible for tickets if your group enters together.
- Agree on an outside meeting point and a route back.
On a flight-arrival day, leave time to drop luggage and reset before going out. Our arrival-day itinerary and early-check-in guide help separate getting into your room from being ready for an evening event.
Bag Size: Measure Before You Go
The arena's current bag policy allows small personal bags up to 9 x 5 x 2 inches. Transparency is not required. A clear stadium bag, crossbody or waist pack still has to fit those dimensions; straps are excluded from the measurement. Event organizers can change the policy.
Travel light if possible. The prohibited-items list includes outside drinks, even empty or sealed bottles, and laptops or tablets. Check the full list for anything unusual you plan to carry.
The venue lists paid Binbox bag check outside, starting at $20, with cashless payment. It opens with arena doors and closes 45 minutes after the event. You cannot access a checked bag during the event, and re-entry is not allowed. Do not rely on this as all-day suitcase storage: confirm your bag's suitability and collection arrangements first. Our luggage-storage guide covers options for the rest of your travel day.
Get Mobile Tickets Working Early
The arena identifies AXS Mobile ID as its preferred entry method on its mobile-ticketing page. Follow the delivery instructions for your actual purchase. For AXS tickets, sign in with the email used to buy them and verify that the event appears before heading out.
If everyone is using one account, enter together. If friends are arriving separately, complete ticket transfers beforehand and have each recipient confirm access. A forwarded confirmation email is not a substitute for checking that a ticket is available in the correct account.
Charge your phone before leaving. Keep your order details available for troubleshooting, and allow extra time if the ticket has not appeared. The arena directs ticket-access problems to its box office; do not wait until your group is in the entry queue to investigate.
Buying a second show for another night? Keep each venue's instructions separate. Our Las Vegas shows guide helps with the broader trip, but another theater's ticket or bag rules do not establish this arena's rules.
Choose Your Arrival and Exit Together
The arena's directions and parking page lists event parking at Park MGM, New York-New York and ARIA. Prices can vary. Its reserved-parking guidance says to purchase at least seven hours before the event; reserved passes are not sold on-site that night. Check your event's current parking map and terms before paying.
For Golden Knights games, the same page lists rideshare drop-off on the ground level of the New York-New York garage and pickup at nearby New York-New York or Park MGM. Follow current event signage and the pickup location in your app. Do not assume a driver can stop at the arena doors.
Walking may be simpler from a nearby hotel, but assess the full route and your group's comfort. Our Strip walking-distance guide, car-free transport comparison and free-tram guide cover the wider network. The Monorail still involves a walk from its station; consult the Monorail guide rather than treating it as a front-door arena stop.
Save the parking location or agreed pickup point before entering. Afterward, regroup before requesting a car so nobody is still looking for a missing friend while the driver waits.
Children, Access Needs and Guest Services
Check the event's admission policy before assuming a young child can sit on a lap without a ticket. The arena A-Z guide lists different age thresholds for Golden Knights games and most other events, and notes that some family shows have their own requirements. It also has separate guidance for baby bags, bottles and formula. Confirm the arrangement you need rather than applying the ordinary personal-bag rule to every situation.
For accessible seating or other assistance, contact the venue before the event. Its accessibility page gives Guest Services as 702-692-1515 and guestservices@tmobilearena.com. Guest Services desks are near sections 13 and 216. Ask about the specific seat, entrance route or aid you need; our accessible transport guide addresses the journey to the venue separately.
If a concert or game is one part of a family trip, leave the next morning flexible. The kids activity guide can help you choose a shorter daytime outing rather than stacking another tightly timed booking after a late night.
A Final Check Before Entry
Finish any outside errands before scanning in. Know which ticket belongs to which person, keep essential items with you, and make sure nobody is carrying luggage or a prohibited bottle toward security. Ask staff where to go if the ticket, bag or accessibility arrangement is unclear.
The most useful plan is one your whole group can follow without a running debate at the doors. Sort the entry details first, then enjoy the event.
