About Bali Hai Golf Club
Bali Hai Golf Club opened in 2000 on a former trailer-park site directly south of Mandalay Bay. The South Pacific theme — palm trees, white-sand bunkers, tropical landscaping, a thatched-roof clubhouse — is heavy-handed but well-executed, and the course is genuinely the only full 18-hole layout you can walk to from a Strip hotel. Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley designed the par-71 course at 7,002 yards. Greens fees vary by season but start around $200 in summer and run to $400+ in peak months (October–April). The clubhouse restaurant, Cili, is open to the public for lunch. For travelers who want to play without leaving the Strip corridor, this is the obvious choice. For travelers willing to drive 25 minutes, courses in Henderson and Summerlin are cheaper and quieter.
