The Flamingo casino has been in continuous operation since Bugsy Siegel opened the property in December 1946 — the longest-running casino footprint on the Strip. The current 72,000-sq-ft floor is the result of multiple renovations, most recently the pink-and-art-deco refresh completed in 2018 around the Center Cut area. The Caesars Sportsbook runs the main book near the entrance to the GO pool deck. No standalone poker room — Flamingo closed its room in 2020 and has not reopened it. Slot mix skews toward lower-denomination video; table minimums run below the Strip average on weekday afternoons. Caesars Rewards links play here with Caesars Palace, Paris, Horseshoe, and Harrah's across the Center Strip corridor. The Flamingo Wildlife Habitat sits between the pool deck and the casino — one of the few free attractions on the Strip.
